  • From 2020 to 2023, during the first stage of the merger between Adami and Spedidam (CMOs), I primarily focused on integrating their IT infrastructure (2,8 million € budget).
    My responsibilities included recruiting consultants, managing budgets, and planning, organising, and facilitating steering committee meetings involving 30 participants.

    Furthermore, I made significant contributions to the development of the architectural framework in collaboration with existing teams, ensuring the new system's compatibility with existing services.

    The efforts were carried out in a context where both CMOs were cautious about change, with their respective General Managers also overseeing the joint venture, adding a layer of complexity to the situation.
  • Within this project, I have led discussions with SCAPR to facilitate SAI's integration of IPD/VRDB into our IT infrastructure.
  • The project for the period 2023-2025 involves comprehensive software development to enable operational teams to oversee ASR (700k € budget). This initiative includes the integration of legal, financial, accounting, and transparency prerequisites in conjunction with technical and budgetary constraints.
  • Coordination: Developing an operational process to streamline data exchange within technical and budget parameters.
